Human Resources Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for a Human Resources Supervisor to lead people initiatives at our mall. The role focuses on implementing strategic HR policies, ensuring smooth recruitment, compensation, and employee‑relations processes while maintaining compliance with corporate standards and labor legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for all mall departments.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Handle employee relations issues and promote a collaborative workplace culture.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
- Support managers and staff in performance management and development activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulatory codes.
