Human Resources Operations Coordinator

About the role

Harbor is looking for a proactive and detail‑orientated Human Resources Operations Coordinator to provide maternity cover on a fixed‑term basis. The role supports Talent Operations across multiple regions, ensuring smooth and consistent employee experiences in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end onboarding, off‑boarding and employee moves across multiple regions, including contracts, documentation, system setup and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and coordinate background checks and pre‑employment screening.
• Administer employee benefits, handling enrolments, renewals, changes and leaver processing.
• Coordinate leave administration, tracking, reporting and employee communications.
• Assign buddies for new hires as part of the buddy programme to ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Proactive and detail‑orientated with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Sound judgment and a collaborative mindset to work with Talent, IT and Finance teams globally.
• Experience supporting HR or Talent operations across several regions is preferred.
