Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support all HR functions within the plant, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This role covers the full employment lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and exit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems to foster teamwork, learning, and a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and assist in creating training and development programs in partnership with corporate HR and department heads.
• Manage performance management cycles and address employee inquiries and conflicts.
• Lead disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Participate actively in recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and quality procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration (Human Resources) or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, discipline, training, compensation, and benefits.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end disciplinary processes and draft memos such as NTE and DA.
• Strong people‑handling, counseling, and documentation skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated leadership capacity.
• Willingness to work Monday through Saturday.
