Human Resources Officer – Hospitality

About the role

The Human Resources Officer – Hospitality will support the City of Dreams Manila team by delivering day‑to‑day HR services, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role works closely with line managers to provide guidance on HR matters and contributes to a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit reports on attendance, terminations, hires, and transfers.
• Assist in developing and administering HR policies and programs.
• Inform new hires about HR policies and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Manage both manual and electronic filing systems for employee records.
• Identify and propose solutions to HR‑related issues, risks, or opportunities.
• Enter new‑hire information, track system performance, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Produce reports on terminations, movements, and new hires.
• Build professional relationships with applicants, visitors, and business partners.
• Resolve complex employee‑relations issues and address grievances.
• Collaborate with business units to improve morale, productivity, and retention.
• Support HR initiatives for assigned business units and handle miscellaneous clerical tasks.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• College degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with a commitment to teamwork and inclusive practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work shifts.
