Human Resources Manager

About the role

United Limsun International Trading Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, this strategic position will shape a people‑focused culture and drive HR excellence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives and best practices.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, address workplace concerns, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Administer payroll, benefits programmes and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Design and deliver training and development programmes to enhance staff skills.
• Implement performance management systems, conduct appraisals and provide feedback.
• Create and maintain HR policies, procedures and documentation.
• Support organisational development initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage HR budgets, control costs while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional HR management experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management and training development.
• Knowledge of payroll administration and benefits management is highly desirable.
• HR management certification (e.g., CHRM) is advantageous.
