Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Arcadia is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join its team in Mabalacat, Pampanga. This night‑shift position (9 PM – 6 AM, Monday‑Friday) supports the company’s HR functions across benefits, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, and labor relations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR support to operations, guiding policies and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Maintain consistent implementation of HR processes and guidelines.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with business partners to foster a strong company culture.
• Manage casework and coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Oversee employee movements such as promotions, layoffs, transfers, and resignations.
• Address employee‑relations issues and determine appropriate disciplinary actions based on the company handbook.
• Ensure overall compliance of HR solutions and procedures within the assigned business unit.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably within a BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of company and government benefits, payroll, performance management, and labor relations.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours and operate onsite in Mabalacat.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee cases and promote engagement.
