Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has solid knowledge of HR operations, and enjoys handling everything from recruitment support to employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to person for employee concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution of workplace issues and implementing disciplinary measures in line with labor law.
• Oversee attendance tracking and time‑keeping tools, address inconsistencies, and ensure accurate data for payroll processing.
• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to coordinating onboarding with department heads.
• Reinforce company rules and standards, ensure employees understand HR protocols, and maintain compliance with employment regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, prepare HR reports and documents, and manage general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR or a generalist‑type role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience in recruitment, administrative tasks, or employee relations is a plus.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is advantageous.
