Human Resources Generalist

About the role
The Human Resources Generalist will support core HR functions, helping to attract, retain, and engage talent across the organization. This role works closely with hiring managers and employees to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations activities.
- Coordinate company‑sponsored services and engagement initiatives.
- Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain the organization chart and employee directory.
- Screen resumes to verify fit with open positions.
- Enter applicant data and update application status.
- Contact candidates for interviews and manage phone screening communications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Excellent administrative attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business communication tools.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
