About the role

ThinkLibrary Inc. is looking for a full‑time Human Resources Generalist to join its team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. You will play a key part in shaping HR policies, managing benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee benefits programs and coordinate benefits administration.
Oversee day‑to‑day HR management practices.
Support employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Assist with organizational development initiatives.
Maintain a positive work environment and address employee concerns.

Required profile

Proficiency in core HR processes and HR management.
Experience creating and implementing HR policies.
Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration.
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with Philippine labor regulations and compliance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience as an HR Generalist is preferred.
