Human Resources Executive

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Human Resources Executive and help create memorable guest experiences by fostering a supportive, engaged workforce. You will lead HR initiatives that align with hotel and business objectives while embodying Hilton’s core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
• Enhance team member engagement by coordinating recognition programs, special events, and other culture‑building initiatives.
• Manage HR systems and reporting: maintain accurate employee data, track employment transitions, keep training and corrective‑action records, and generate key HR metrics.
• Inspire and develop the HR team through supervision, performance monitoring, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service‑oriented industries.
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Approachable, empathetic, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and transparency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
