Human Resources Business Partner Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner Officer will align people strategies with business objectives, working closely with the HR Center of Excellence and People Services teams. This role provides professional HR guidance to drive a high‑performance culture and enhance organizational effectiveness across Aboitiz Foods.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with HR Center of Excellence and People Services to address organizational pain points.
• Monitor HR issues, report findings, and recommend development plans.
• Partner with managers to identify talent needs, facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and career development for supervisors and below.
• Guide performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
• Analyze training needs and coordinate learning and development programs at the country level.
• Develop and implement engagement and culture initiatives tailored to division or department needs.
• Support employee and labor relations matters as required.

Required profile

• Intermediate HR knowledge and strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and address people challenges.
• Experience in implementing HR interventions and organizational development programs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
