About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing team. The role involves partnering with management to drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and streamline onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze employee trends to improve engagement and retention.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal standards and mitigate HR‑related risks.
- Assist managers in conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Set and uphold standards for ethics, values, and company culture.
- Onboard new hires, handling immigration documentation, tax forms, and benefits enrollment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Proven track record of onboarding employees and managing routine HR tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
