Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with client stakeholders and internal leaders. The HRBP will deliver strategic, compliant, and employee‑focused HR solutions that align with business priorities in a dynamic, client‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client leaders to understand business needs and recommend effective HR solutions.
• Support implementation of HR strategies in compliance with Philippine labor laws and company guidelines.
• Drive organizational development initiatives, employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, and change management.
• Provide data‑driven insights to aid decision‑making and support recruitment, retention, diversity and inclusion efforts.
• Manage employee and labor relations, including discipline processes, exit documentation, and retention initiatives.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned clients, handling onboarding, orientations, and day‑to‑day HR queries.
• Ensure accurate processing of employee movements, documentation, performance evaluations, and compliance with SLAs, audits, and government directives.
• Collaborate with People Experience and other teams to deliver employee engagement programs and resolve payroll or attendance discrepancies.
• Assist HR leadership on special projects and additional initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working in a client‑facing, fast‑paced environment.
