Human Resources Assistant (HR Reliever)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant (HR Reliever) to support our HR team in the Philippines starting July 2026. The role is temporary and focuses on day‑to‑day HR operations, providing administrative assistance across talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and general HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support high‑volume recruiting across business units, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop candidate profiles and execute sourcing strategies.
• Maintain data integrity in the internal Applicant Tracking System and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers, manage new‑hire paperwork, and coordinate orientation schedules.
• Assist with enrollment, deletion, and administration of health and life insurance benefits.
• Create status‑change memos for promotions, transfers, and other employee movements.
• Provide general HR support for company programs, events, and departmental initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• Strong professionalism, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Flexible, proactive and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR information systems.
