About the role
We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Manager to join Atlas Outsourcing in Makati City. The role will support our strategic objectives by overseeing HR operations and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and development needs.
Required profile
- Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
