About the role
We are looking for a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to guide our clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring the platform is configured to meet their specific business requirements and that users adopt it successfully. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a growth‑oriented team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding projects from kickoff to go‑live.
- Configure HubSpot settings, workflows, and integrations according to client needs.
- Deliver training sessions and create supporting documentation for end‑users.
- Provide ongoing support to drive user adoption and address any issues.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client‑facing onboarding or implementation roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in helping businesses optimize their sales and relationship management processes.
