HRSS Specialist – Global Employee Support

About the role

TaskUs is looking for an HRSS Specialist to provide Level 1 consultative support for a diverse, global workforce. You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries across HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Timekeeping, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a daily queue of employee tickets, addressing general inquiries, service requests, and incident reports.
• Deliver consultative support across HR General, Benefits, Payroll, and Timekeeping functions.
• Liaise with internal support units, external vendors, and government agencies to resolve employee issues.
• Identify process or policy gaps and collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions.
• Write and maintain internal process documentation and knowledge‑base articles for the assigned geography.
• Participate in automation and process‑optimization projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience with global labor standards, statutory benefits, payroll, timekeeping, or related HR processes.
• Superior oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities.
