About the role

We are seeking an HR Training Staff member to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and seminars that enhance employee performance and support organizational goals. The role requires a college graduate with a strong foundation in human behavior and a proven ability to manage confidential information.

Key responsibilities

Develop and conduct training sessions and seminars for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor, assess, and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and training materials.
Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
Prepare presentation materials and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

College graduate with advanced knowledge of training methodologies and human behavior.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience conducting trainings and seminars.
Excellent written communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle highly confidential matters.
Strong presentation abilities.
