About the role
The HR Training Officer will play a key part in supporting the company’s learning and development agenda. Working closely with the HR team, the officer assists in creating, coordinating and delivering training initiatives that enhance employee capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the design of training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, and participant logistics.
- Support the delivery of training sessions, including preparation of materials and facilitation assistance.
- Help ensure the effective execution of learning and development programs across the organization.
