HR Talent Management Associate

About the role

The HR Talent Management Associate drives employee development, engagement, and workforce monitoring for the organization. You will design and deliver training programs, foster a motivating workplace culture, and manage separation processes while ensuring accurate HR data and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses, coordinate internal and external sessions, and track participation and effectiveness.
• Maintain training records, competency plans, and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Implement employee engagement and recognition initiatives, support performance cycles, and monitor satisfaction to recommend retention strategies.
• Oversee separation procedures, conduct exit interviews, and keep precise attrition and turnover records.
• Track employee lifecycle data, update HRIS dashboards, and provide analytics on training impact, engagement trends, and attrition.
• Prepare reports and insights on workforce stability, identifying risks and recommending interventions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or organizational development.
• Familiarity with workforce monitoring and HRIS preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple HR programs.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
