HR Supervisor

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is looking for an HR Supervisor in Angeles. The supervisor acts as the main person responsible for employees and labor relations, handling due process, eligibility checks, disciplinary matters and day-to-day HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Handle due process documents and proceedings such as administrative hearings
• Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications
• Administer and run HR programs covering compensation, benefits, leave, discipline, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, occupational health and safety, and training and development
• Answer employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors, referring complex or sensitive matters to the right staff
• Attend and take part in disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations
• Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and review policies and practices
• Stay up to date on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required profile

• At least 1-2 years of experience; BPO experience at a generalist or supervisory level is preferred
• Experience leading employee engagement and a strong background in employee engagement and labor relations
• Willingness to work night shifts or a rotating schedule
