HR Staff – Organizational Development & Talent Management

About the role

The HR Staff member will support continuous organizational improvement by working closely with the HR Manager and department heads. This role focuses on performance management, talent development, employee wellness, and skills development to enhance overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HR Manager on all activities related to the position’s purpose.
• Communicate development concepts and processes with department heads and promote organizational development.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems that boost productivity while optimizing resources.
• Develop and interpret organizational assessment procedures, preparing recommendations and action plans.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency within the HR program and create feedback mechanisms.
• Track and report progress, obstacles, and challenges to senior management.
• Research skill gaps and devise strategies to address departmental concerns.
• Design, oversee, and implement training programs and outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience is an advantage.
• Results‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of government and mandated labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong data‑gathering and assessment capabilities.
