HR Staff – Organizational Development & Talent Management

About the role

The HR Staff member will support continuous organizational improvement by working closely with the HR Manager and department heads. The role focuses on performance management, talent development, employee wellness, and skills development across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HR Manager on all HR activities related to the position’s purpose.
• Communicate development concepts and processes with department heads and promote organizational development.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems that boost productivity while optimizing resources.
• Develop assessment procedures, interpret results, and prepare actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness within HR programs.
• Create and evaluate feedback mechanisms that enhance individual and organizational capabilities.
• Track and report progress, obstacles, and challenges to senior management.
• Research skill gaps and devise strategies to address departmental concerns.
• Design, oversee, and implement training programs and outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience is an advantage.
• Results‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of government‑mandated labor laws.
• Strong interpersonal and self‑awareness skills.
• Effective written and oral communication to avoid misunderstandings.
• Capability in data gathering and assessment.
