HR Staff

About the role

The HR Staff member will support continuous organizational improvement by managing processes related to performance, talent, job redesign, employee wellness, and skills development. Working closely with the HR Manager and department heads, the role focuses on designing and implementing systems that boost productivity while optimizing resource use.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HR Manager on all HR activities aligned with the position’s purpose.
• Communicate development concepts and processes to department heads and promote organizational development.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems that increase productivity.
• Develop organizational assessment procedures, interpret results, and prepare actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within HR programs.
• Create and maintain feedback mechanisms to enhance individual and organizational capabilities.
• Track progress, obstacles, and challenges and report them to top management.
• Research skill gaps, analyze data, and devise strategies to address departmental concerns.
• Design, oversee, and implement training programs and outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Results‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of government‑mandated labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong data‑gathering and assessment capabilities.
