HR Shared Services Specialist – Global Talent Operations

About the role

Netflix is expanding its Global Talent Operations Center in Manila and seeks a detail‑oriented HR Shared Services Specialist. In this global role you will be the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting employees across multiple regions and ensuring smooth HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for HR inquiries throughout the employee lifecycle, providing timely and accurate support.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data by managing HR systems and processes.
• Support the delivery of HR programs and services to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
• Identify, propose, and implement opportunities to optimise, automate, and improve HR processes and service delivery.
• Create, update, and manage HR documentation and knowledge‑base content.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to analyse, operationalise, and enhance existing and new HR services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar HR support role, preferably in a multinational or matrix organisation.
• Proven experience using HRIS and service‑center technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer‑focused, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Alignment with Netflix’s culture of curiosity, openness to feedback, inclusion and excellence.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup and adapt to varying shifts and holidays.
