HR Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The HR Recruitment Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, partnering with hiring managers to secure qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job qualifications.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assessments, and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
• Perform reference checks, background verification, and prepare job offers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
• Provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure completion of pre‑employment paperwork, contracts and onboarding documents.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives, attend job fairs and build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate new‑hire onboarding and monitor integration activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 13 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience with volume hiring and corporate recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems and applicant tracking tools.
