HR Officer (Recruitment)

About the role

The HR Officer (Recruitment) will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for the organization, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers, external partners, and internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor headcount, review job descriptions, salary grades and position classifications.
• Post jobs, coordinate with headhunters, and manage partnerships with job portals and institutions.
• Collect applications, conduct written exams, initial interviews, and schedule second‑level and final interviews.
• Perform reference checks, prepare salary comparisons, negotiate offers and draft employment contracts.
• Send pre‑onboarding requirements, coordinate onboarding, conduct new‑employee orientation and office tours.
• Track probationary performance, handle regularization decisions and maintain employee data in SAP HR.
• Support in‑house training, conduct performance reviews and propose development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Recruiter and 2 years as an HR Generalist.
• Strong verbal and written communication, sound judgement and high attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently.
