HR Officer / HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer/HR Generalist to lead our recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance functions. You will act as a trusted partner to managers and staff, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full hiring cycle, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate employee records.
• Address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Administer payroll coordination and employee benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, and assist with audits.
• Support performance review processes, goal setting, and employee evaluations.
• Identify training needs and organize development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 25 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
