HR IT Domain Lead

About the role

We are seeking a strategic HR IT Domain Lead to own and evolve our global HR application landscape. You will act as the bridge between HR and IT, ensuring that our HR systems—including SAP SuccessFactors—are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives across an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the HR application roadmap, aligning HR strategy, IT strategy, and vendor capabilities.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations, change management, and delivery for all HR systems (SuccessFactors, recruitment, learning, performance, employee experience platforms).
• Oversee integrations and data flows with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
• Drive standardisation, process improvement, and scalability of global HR tools and workflows.
• Ensure high standards of security, data privacy, and system quality for sensitive employee data.

Required profile

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and a broad understanding of HR systems and processes.
• Proven track record managing complex application landscapes, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Solid knowledge of data management, security, and access control (e.g., IAS/IPS, GDPR).
• Experience working within SAP ecosystems such as S/4HANA and BTP.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional, international teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
