HR Employee Relations Officer

About the role

The HR Employee Relations Officer will act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a fair, compliant, and productive workplace. This role oversees the full employee relations lifecycle, from grievance handling and disciplinary actions to performance management, regularization, promotions, and off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR contact for employee grievances, workplace conflicts, and relations issues.
• Conduct fact‑finding investigations, prepare case summaries, and recommend resolutions.
• Manage disciplinary processes, including Notices to Explain, written warnings, suspensions, and administrative hearings.
• Administer performance evaluations, monitor assessment schedules, and support Performance Improvement Plans.
• Track probationary employees, process regularization notices, and ensure timely completion of regularization requirements.
• Coordinate promotions, transfers, and internal movements while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Prepare periodic reports on employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and other HR metrics.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
