HR Business Partner – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to support our operations in Paliparan III, Dasmariñas, Cavite. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including SSS, HDMF, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment: posting, interviewing, contract signing, onboarding, and maintaining recruitment monitoring files.
• Monitor daily attendance, process timekeeping, and manage employee absences.
• Maintain HR documentation: filing 201 files, scanning, and updating the HR bulletin board.
• Process exit clearances, conduct exit interviews, and handle employee inquiries on leaves and compensation.
• Promote HR initiatives to foster a conflict‑free workplace and support team‑building activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the HR Supervisor or Head of HR.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Generalist, focusing on recruitment, timekeeping, and employee relations.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Paliparan III, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adaptability to fast‑changing environments.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
