HR Business Partner / HR Generalist

About the role

POP MART is seeking an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to support its growing operations in the Philippines. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Country Head and business leaders, delivering HR solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Country Head and managers to provide practical HR guidance.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for retail and other roles across the Philippines.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, performance, engagement, and off‑boarding.
• Provide coaching on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
• Support investigations and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate employee records in Workday.
• Coordinate HR administration such as attendance, leave, transfers, promotions, and generate HR reports.
• Collaborate with regional headquarters and cross‑functional teams to drive a positive employee experience.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Philippine labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) proficiency.
