HR Associate (Systems)

About the role

The HR Associate (Systems) is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s HR technology landscape. You will ensure that payroll, compensation, and benefits processes run smoothly while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and enhance HR systems including SAP‑HCM, SAP‑Payroll, SAP Fiori ESS, and SuccessFactors.
• Ensure all HR users, third‑party payroll providers, and HRIS processors adhere to the organization’s data governance policies.
• Generate, analyze, and report HR data to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with HR teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement new functionalities.

Required profile

• Graduate in Mathematics, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR‑related experience, preferably in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Proven experience implementing and using HR systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and solid analytical abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Mandaluyong City.
