Housekeeping Supervisor – Pre‑Opening Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead daily housekeeping operations for a new 5‑star luxury hotel in Makati, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort in line with Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning of guest rooms, suites and public areas, ensuring luxury standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Conduct detailed room inspections, coordinate with Front Office for arrivals and departures, and ensure timely room turn‑around.
• Lead, coach and schedule housekeeping staff, monitoring performance and fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage linen, guest supplies and cleaning inventory, reporting shortages and supporting stock control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and brand SOPs, and address guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, with supervisory experience.
• Pre‑opening hotel experience is an advantage.
