Hotel Butler – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

The Butler delivers a premium, personalized experience for VIP and Villa guests at City of Dreams Manila. Acting as the primary liaison between guests and hotel staff, the Butler anticipates needs, manages requests, and ensures every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and recognize VIP/Villa guests, maintaining detailed preference profiles.
• Coordinate reservations for dining, spa, recreation, transportation, and entertainment.
• Handle guest requests 24/7, including packing assistance, food and beverage service, and special arrangements.
• Ensure seamless check‑in and check‑out processes, especially for limousine arrivals and departures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest information, stock, and service stations to meet anticipated demand.
• Report guest feedback to management and uphold Forbes quality standards throughout the stay.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting guest relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, to meet 24/7 service needs.
• Awareness of diverse cultural backgrounds and ability to tailor service accordingly.
