About the role
Edge Tutor is looking for enthusiastic home‑based English tutors to teach children aged 4‑12 online. The position is remote, part‑time and operates on a PM shift schedule, offering flexible work from home.
Key responsibilities
- Teach English to children aged 4‑12 via the company’s online platform.
- Conduct lessons during the designated PM shift according to booked sessions.
- Provide feedback and progress reports to students and their parents.
- Maintain lesson materials and follow the curriculum supplied by Edge Tutor.
Required profile
- Willingness to work remotely from the Philippines.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Available for PM shift hours.
- No prior ESL teaching experience required.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for using online tutoring tools.
- Familiarity with video‑conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
What we offer
- Hourly rate of Php 180‑200.
- Php 5,000 sign‑on bonus and performance bonuses up to Php 10,000.
- Potential earnings up to Php 45,000 per month with high booking rates.
