Highway Engineer – Design & Field Works

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Highway Engineer to lead the design and field verification of road projects in Pasig City. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, standards‑compliant highway solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design road and highway layouts in line with local DPWH standards and international AASHTO guidelines.
• Develop geometric layouts, including horizontal and vertical alignments, lane widths, and sight distances.
• Conduct field work to gather data and verify actual site conditions.
• Prepare detailed highway design and inspection reports.
• Participate in client meetings when required.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience as a Highway Engineer.
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of DPWH and AASHTO standards for highway design.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C3D software.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
