Healthcare Recruiter – Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a proactive Healthcare Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Cagayan de Oro. The role focuses on sourcing licensed physical therapists and other clinical professionals to meet national hiring needs, working the night shift onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically source clinical talent using platforms such as Indeed Resume, LinkedIn Recruiter Projects, Boolean searches and other tools.
• Develop multi‑channel sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates for physical therapy and allied‑health positions.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and regional leaders to understand hiring requirements and build high‑quality pipelines.
• Maintain talent pipelines in critical and underserved markets, mapping talent and tracking pipeline health.
• Engage candidates with compelling outreach, ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact.
• Support the Talent Acquisition and HR teams with administrative tasks and project work.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or allied‑health environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Boolean search techniques and resume databases.
• Confidence in cold‑calling and strategic outreach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to personalize outreach at scale.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and performance‑driven.
