Healthcare Recruiter – Hybrid (Quezon City)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for clinical and non‑clinical positions. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with hiring managers, operations, and client teams to deliver qualified healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full‑cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding for roles such as US Registered Nurses, Medical Coders, Case Managers, and Allied Health professionals.
• Source candidates through specialized channels including healthcare job portals, social media, nursing associations, and professional networks.
• Screen applications to verify credentials, active licensures (PRC, NCLEX, US state licenses), certifications, and relevant experience.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and international clients, providing regular hiring updates.
• Facilitate calibration sessions and hand‑off processes with Operations, HR, and Client Management.
• Implement and manage recruitment tools and healthcare assessment platforms to improve hiring efficiency.
• Maintain an active pipeline of talent to meet high‑volume demands of healthcare accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify credentials under time pressure.
• Flexibility to work additional hours, adjust to US/overseas client schedules, and travel across sites as needed.
