About the role
The Health Club Associate (Reception / Gym Instructor) will be based at Shangri‑La Mactan, a 5‑star resort in Cebu. This role combines front‑desk reception duties with fitness instruction, ensuring guests receive a seamless and memorable wellness experience.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in creating and organizing recreational and fitness activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of the health club reception and gym areas.
- Continuously look for ways to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Create an exceptional experience for every guest.
Required profile
- Pride in being a hotelier and delivering Asian hospitality.
- Enjoys interacting with guests and working as part of a team.
