Head of Sales – Digital & Fintech

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to drive growth across our digital and fintech platforms. The role combines strategic sales leadership with deep technical oversight of e‑wallet, e‑commerce, and payment systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, customer engagement, and e‑wallet adoption.
• Manage e‑commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital channels, monitoring performance and conversion metrics.
• Oversee system integrations with payment gateways, APIs, ERP, CRM, and banking systems.
• Ensure security, reliability, and availability of online systems, including cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and data‑privacy compliance.
• Lead platform upgrades, digital transformation projects, and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and partnership development with merchants, payment providers, and financial institutions.
• Analyze sales trends, traffic data, and digital‑marketing performance to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce, fintech, digital payments, IT management, or sales leadership.
• Strong understanding of digital sales, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Experience in fintech or digital banking is a plus.
