Head of Retail & B2B

About the role

The Head of Retail & B2B will lead the company’s retail division, driving both top‑line growth and bottom‑line profitability. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this senior leader will shape omni‑channel strategy, oversee offline distribution networks, and ensure the execution of expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own the retail P&L, delivering over‑achievement of revenue and margin targets.
• Develop and execute comprehensive retail strategies aligned with overall commercial objectives.
• Build and manage financial structures, including budgets, sales forecasts and expense controls.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to brand partners.
• Maintain optimal merchandising standards, inventory control and product assortment across offline channels.
• Lead high‑level pitches and contract negotiations with brand owners, mall operators and retailers.
• Formulate annual and monthly sales plans based on market trends, customer insights and platform capabilities.
• Use data‑driven analysis to drive promotions, foot traffic and customer experience improvements.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance management for the retail team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a P&L owner in brick‑and‑mortar retail or B2B distribution.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Ability to translate complex retail analytics and market trends into actionable business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable negotiating with brand partners and mall operators.
• Leadership experience in building and guiding high‑performance retail teams.
