Head of Operations (Associate Director/Director)

About the role

The Head of Operations will lead the Philippines Advisory Delivery Center, driving strategic planning, budgeting, and operational excellence. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the center’s growth and ensure delivery of high‑quality consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in fiscal year planning and define strategic priorities for the Advisory Delivery Center.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, aligning resources with business objectives.
• Identify and implement cost‑control measures, automation opportunities, and process optimizations.
• Collaborate with Administration, HR, Finance, Resource Management and other units to support seamless operations.
• Oversee accounts receivable cycles to ensure timely collection of invoices.
• Provide strategic direction to recruitment teams, defining sourcing channels and talent‑attraction strategies.
• Produce monthly performance reports and reconcile financial data with KPMG member firms.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, delivering insights to consulting leaders for corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience at Associate Director or Director level in a professional services environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on cost efficiency and quality delivery.
• Demonstrated capability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and stakeholder expectations.
