Head of Country – Philippines

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as Head of Country for the Philippines. Based in Manila, you will own the full P&L, drive strategic growth, and lead a high‑performing team to deliver market‑leading medical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long‑term vision and business strategy that exceeds growth targets.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, foster a high‑performance culture, and ensure succession planning.
• Manage profit and loss, making data‑driven investment decisions to drive leveraged growth.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase market share, strengthen the brand, and engage customers.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders to influence market positioning.
• Drive regional and global initiatives, monitor performance against objectives, and report results.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a country or large business unit, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen.
• Excellent cross‑cultural agility and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset.
