Head of AI – Philippines & Indonesia

About the role

We are seeking a senior AI leader to own and drive the AI strategy for our operations in the Philippines and Indonesia. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will translate business ambitions into a phased AI roadmap that delivers measurable impact across commercial, customer experience, logistics, and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the AI strategy and roadmap for the Philippines and Indonesia, aligning with the Group’s technology direction.
• Establish a prioritization framework that evaluates AI opportunities by business impact, feasibility, and strategic fit.
• Translate the roadmap into an actionable portfolio of AI programs with clear KPIs, timelines, and owners.
• Collaborate with regional AI/technology teams to leverage capabilities for venture requirements.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to drive AI transformation and solution deployment.
• Develop an AI fluency program to build an AI‑native organization, including assessments and capability‑building plans.
• Champion an AI‑first mindset, defining competency models and career pathways for technical and business roles.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in strategy, digital transformation, or technology leadership.
• Proven ability to define and execute enterprise‑wide AI or technology roadmaps that generate measurable business outcomes.
• Strong business acumen with experience in P&L‑aware prioritization, investment case development, and ROI measurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in e‑commerce, marketplace, logistics, or consumer technology is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high‑pressure, fast‑growth environments.
