Handover Assistant – Unit Turnover Specialist

About the role

The Handover Assistant ensures a smooth turnover experience for unit owners, coordinating with internal teams, banks and owners to deliver units that meet company quality standards. This onsite role in Cebu supports unit acceptance, documentation preparation and customer queries throughout the handover process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Leasing team for unit owner leasing orientation.
• Provide House Rules orientation together with the Property Management Office.
• Liaise with unit owners and partner banks on financing concerns.
• Prepare and maintain unit owner records and 201 files.
• Assist owners with concerns and requests related to unit acceptance and turnover.
• Conduct unit punch‑listing (RI/CO) prior to turnover to ensure readiness and quality.
• Coordinate internal departments for final key handover.
• Ensure units are delivered in excellent condition and meet quality standards.
• Prepare turnover documents, contracts and related paperwork.
• Create presentations and materials for virtual unit viewing and acceptance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; preferably Civil Engineering, Architecture, Customer Service or related.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 3 years experience in customer service, property management, real estate or construction is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.
