Guest Services Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Guest Services Manager leads the day‑to‑day operations of Guest Services and the lobby at Swissôtel Clark. You will ensure seamless Front Office delivery, high guest satisfaction, and the safety of guests, colleagues, and hotel property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Guest Services and lobby operations, maintaining brand‑aligned service standards.
• Act as the on‑duty representative of senior management in public areas.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, with tact and professionalism.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed throughout the property.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver a cohesive guest experience.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred) and optional Tourism management certification.
• 4‑5 years of relevant experience in hotel Front Office or Guest Services.
• Strong English reading, writing and oral skills.
• Professional demeanor with solid HR and business acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office 360 applications.
• Experience using Opera PMS.
