About the role
The Group HR Manager leads full‑spectrum HR operations across all group business units, reporting directly to the Owner. This hands‑on role oversees recruitment, compliance, payroll and labour relations for a construction company.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Owner on manpower strategy and lead the group HR team.
- Manage end‑to‑end sourcing for construction site personnel and corporate roles.
- Oversee payroll, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG) and project allowances.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE and Philippine Labour Law, handle site grievances, due process and safety standards.
- Implement KPIs, performance reviews, policies and staff development initiatives.
Required profile
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years managing all HR functions.
- Proven HR experience in the construction industry.
- Direct reporting experience to a Business Owner or CEO.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or Business.
Required skills
- Deep knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code.
- Expertise in DOLE site rules.
- Payroll administration.
