Graphic Designer – Real Estate Marketing

About the role

The client, a rural real‑estate brokerage serving the Midwest, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create high‑quality print and digital assets that support agents, property listings, and corporate initiatives. The role is fast‑paced, requires managing multiple projects, and demands strict adherence to brand guidelines while communicating in English throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce property brochures, flyers, postcards, business cards, magazines, and other print collateral, ensuring print‑ready files with correct bleeds and color profiles.
• Create social‑media graphics, Canva presentations, and digital advertisements for promotional campaigns.
• Maintain and expand brand templates, develop custom vector artwork in Adobe Illustrator for apparel, merchandise, vehicle wraps, signage, and large‑format materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team via Asana and support onboarding and other marketing materials.

Required profile

• Fluent English with the ability to communicate exclusively in English during work hours.
• Detail‑oriented, able to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong sense of visual consistency and brand stewardship.

What we offer
