Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer who can bring brands to life across merchandise, marketing materials, packaging, and digital assets. The role involves developing concepts through to final execution while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and key creative stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design merchandise assets such as t‑shirt graphics, environmental graphics, mock‑ups, and packaging.
• Create marketing collateral, branded materials, digital assets and product renders.
• Develop logos, EDS boards, packaging concepts and brand application guidelines.
• Perform high‑quality photo editing and image manipulation with attention to scale and composition.
• Produce print and digital presentations, e‑blasts and web banners.
• Translate creative briefs into polished design solutions from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, the Creative Director and Art Manager to ensure brand consistency.
• Contribute original design concepts and support internal creative initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably with merchandising projects.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography and visual design principles.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and manage projects independently from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to complete a design assessment during recruitment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
